There is only one (minor) new feature in this version (and no known bug fixes).
New features
The unfiltered permit list used in the generate-permit-list command (for both RNA-seq and ATAC-seq) can now (optionally) be a gzipped file. The compression will be transparently detected, so that either an uncompressed or compressed file can be provided.
