CatBlock v1.5

Hello everyone,

This is the first release of CatBlock in 2017!

Today's update brings:

1. An overall improved design of Options page
2. CatBlock will now remember, whether it was paused or not after a browser restart
3. some couple of bug-fixes here and there..
