This adds a new
-e <outputFile>option to embed a whole JSON schema into a separate AsciiDoctor file.Note the
-p <path>option takes on a slightly different meaning here as a result, since it is no longer just a link (which could be to an external URL), but now must be a relative path (for an AsciiDoctor include directive).
