Update logging to hide internal messages by default

Summary of changes
Changes introduced in this pull request:

• Was matching Lotus before, but there is no reason for a node operator to see individual failed messages or failed internal messages by default. If we want to compare against Lotus for debugging, the log level can just be configured.
  • Am just changing the logs in the VM, but might also switch some other warnings for debug in other places later
