As a member of CG and LIMS developer,
I want two new attributes to be added to Applications in cg: "Target Yield", and "Percent Yield Guaranteed",
So that we can properly track the targeted amount of data each long-read sample needs, which is a requirement for the LIMS implementation of the Revio.

  • Is there currently a workaround for this issue? If so, what is it?
    • No.
  • How much time would be saved by implementing this feature on a weekly basis?
    • N/A
  • How many users are affected by this issue?
    • Everybody working with long-read sequencing at CG
  • Are customers affected by this issue?
    • Indirectly. Turn-around times and the amount of data delivered to the customer could be affected

Acceptance Criteria

  • Two new columns are added to the Application table in the cg SQL database: "Target Yield", and "Percent Yield Guaranteed"
