Currently I'm trying to use a select sub button with my TV to select a source. My sources include Google TV, PS5, Switch, PC, and more. The text in the drop down menu shows up as 'Google tv', 'Ps5', 'Switch', and 'Pc'. It seems to allow the first letter to be capitalized but make subsequent letters lowercase. In non-bubble cards the drop down menu shows up as expected without issues with capitalization.
