[Term Entry] SwiftUI Views Spacer()

Reason/inspiration (optional)

We would like a new term entry for SwiftUI Views

The entry should go in a new file in docs/content/swiftui/concepts/views/terms/spacer/spacer.md

The entry should

• A "Syntax" section with a ```pseudo code snippet that describes the SwiftUI View, Spacer().
• A "Example" section (with example ```swift snippet) with respective image (goes in media/ folder).

Please refer to the term template, content standards, and markdown style guide when working on the PR for this issue.
