Purpose
Dependant on Concordium/concordium-wallet-crypto-swift#29 being merged and released.
This PR introduces Web3 ID credentials + creating verifiable presentations for these and regular concordium ID's. Furthermore, the necessary functionality for decrypting encrypted balances has been added.
