Migration from DNN Forums 5

This is a VERY OLD SQL script to help you migrate from the old DNN forums module (5.0.3 / https://www.dnnsoftware.com/wiki/forum-module) to an older version of Active Forums (v5 / https://github.com/ActiveForums/ActiveForums/releases), which was the predecessor to DNN Community Forums.
