Additional Output Files
DeepPhe-XN can output files that can be used for it's visualizer, but it can also output files such as .csv files that you can use in Excel or Numbers.
Where ever you put your output file, you will find the .csv in there as well. For example:
-My output files are in the "output" folder in my "DeepPheDocs" folder. If you don't change the default output destination in the GUI configuration, yours should be the same.
-After moving into the "output" folder we will be able to see the .csv files along with the output files that the DeepPhe data visualizer uses.
