The transpiler doesnt have any patching errors now and logically speaking everything *should* work, but I doubt that lol. I'll test this more tomorrow (Like seeing what the layout is and seeing if I can set it)

Describe the changes
Adds a new
Map.Generatingevent which includes features like being able to deny map generation, specifying specific layouts for map generation, and specifying a specific seed for map generation.What is the current behavior? (You can also link to an open issue here)
