This might be related to #26166

Just to add some context: the same happens when adding an attachment (the chat doesn't scroll to the end), and when removing an attachment – the space at the bottom remains.

This stuff should be fixed with that changes
As a temporary solution, we can comment out fetching from the bottom, which causes that problem.

UPD: I was wrong. It's a bit of another issue, so don't mind
