Change Active Workspace if necessary when a notification is pressed

When the mobile notification is pressed to open NewDot, the active workspace should be changed to the one that corresponds to the report mentioned in the notification.

The ID of the active workspace is stored in Onyx under the new key ACTIVE_WORKSPACE_ID.
