While executing new Expensify on Web and desktop, the application was using up to 6gb in memory. We need to fix that

Action Performed:

Just use the app normally

Expected Result:

Use normal amount of memory - something like slack uses.

Actual Result:

Using too much memory

Workaround:

This was deployed to staging, it's looking much better now.

The solution for this issue has been 🚀 deployed to production 🚀 in version 1.4.73-7 and is now subject to a 7-day regression period 📆. Here is the list of pull requests that resolve this issue:

If no regressions arise, payment will be issued on 2024-05-22. 🎊

For reference, here are some details about the assignees on this issue:
