Reproducible in staging?: Yes
Reproducible in production?: N/A - new feature, doesn't exist in prod

App Component: User Settings

Action Performed:

  1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
  2. Go to Account settings > Wallet.
  3. Click Add bank account.
  4. Select a country > Next.
  5. Enter bank details > Next.
  6. On bank details and account holder details, enter emoji as bank name/account holder name.
  7. Click Next.
  8. Tick the checkbox and click Confirm on the confirmation page.

Expected Result:

There should be validation on bank and account holder name field.

Actual Result:

There is no validation on bank and account holder name field. The fields accept emoji as name.
Confirmation page throws error when trying to proceed with emoji as name.
