@tgolen - made this PR to test #12936 and steps 3 - 6 of the QA steps don't appear to be passing, I'm not sure the checklist is re-running when @francoisl makes edits to it

@tgolen I actually just encountered an issue with the checklist check failing even though the checklist was completely filled out #13093 (comment). Not sure if this is an issue with your PR.

OK, looking at that PR, it looks like the test failed when you originally created the PR. Then the checklist was added, but the test was never re-triggered, so it was left in a failed state. Does that look like what happened to you too?

That test will run anytime the pull_request_review event happens, and so it should have triggered once Chirag accepted the changes. I'm not sure why it wasn't re-triggered, but let's keep an eye out for those. It could be a single occurrence, but unrelated to the changes here.
