20601 — migrate PressableWithDelayToggle

Details

This PR migrates PressableWithDelayToggle to PressableWithoutFeedback, moves the component to the directory with other pressables. Inner pressable component is marked as non-accessible and non-focusable as the wrapping pressable takes all the action.

Tests

PressableWithDelay can be faound in three separete places: two factor authentication skreen, verify page with two factor authentication and Copy text to clipboard in Profile/Contact method screen

1. Login In
2. Navigate to RHN and then to Security
3. Navigate to Two-factor authentication
4. Verify that under codes there are two button visible - for copying and downloading. Verify that styling of these buttons is unchanged and pressing behaviour is working as intended

• If any new file was added I verified that:
  • The file has a description of what it does and/or why is needed at the top of the file if the code is not self explanatory
• If a new CSS style is added I verified that:
  • A similar style doesn't already exist
  • The style can't be created with an existing StyleUtils function (i.e. StyleUtils.getBackgroundAndBorderStyle(themeColors.componentBG))
• If the PR modifies code that runs when editing or sending messages, I tested and verified there is no unexpected behavior for all supported markdown - URLs, single line code, code blocks, quotes, headings, bold, strikethrough, and italic.

Copy text to clipboard is on 3 pages: ContactMethodsPage, WorkspaceBillsFirstSection, WorkspaceReimburseView.
You can use Tests step 3-7 in #20528.

Also double confirm that android icon works correctly as it's fixed on that PR.
