Details

Fixed UI for MenuItem (Push to page) to show description with a font-size of 15px if the value is not populated.

Tests

Go to FAB > Split bill.
Enter amount and select participants.
Verify that font-size of Description label should be more than other labels like Amount. It should be 15px as compared to 13px for fields with values.
Populate the Description field, it should appear at the top of its value and font-size should decrease to 13px.
Click on description field again, remove the value and click save. Description label should appear in middle again with increased font-size.
Similarly, Go to FAB > Assign task.
Enter title but not a description and click next.
Notice that fields like assignee, description, share somewhere have larger font-size than title.
Populate those fields and font-size should decrease.
You can repeat the same steps in FAB > Request/Send money.
Go to settings > profile > personal details.
If you haven't filled Legal name, DOB, Home address then it should have a larger font-size and should be decreased once value is populated.

- A similar style doesn't already exist
- The style can't be created with an existing StyleUtils function (i.e. StyleUtils.getBackgroundAndBorderStyle(themeColors.componentBG)
