[NoQA] Fix useFlipper warning

useFlipper is only available on native, so when we run the app, we got a warning about useFlipper.

3. Select the device you want to test
4. and navigate to anywhere
5. Verify the React Navigation flipper plugin still works

• If a new CSS style is added I verified that:
