This PR adds new actions, Approve and Pay to the Search results page.

Tests

Pre-requisites:

1. [Dev only!] Use this Auth branch
2. Make sure you have a report that can be approved, i.e. create a workspace, invite a member, turn on approvals and reimbursement (workflows), as the member submit a few expenses

Tests steps:

1. Open the browser console
2. Navigate to the Search page
3. Verify that the response from Search includes data for transactions, reports and policy
4. Verify that you see the Approve button next to the expense/report that can be approved
5. Verify that pressing the button calls ApproveMoneyRequestOnSearch
6. Verify that the expense/report is approved and the button updates to Pay
7. Press Pay
8. Verify that the first time, you're navigated to the report in the RHP
9. Select a payment method from the settlement button in the report header
10. Pay the report
11. Repeat 7, but this time the report should automatically be paid using the same payment method from step 9-10
12. Verify that the button changes to the Paid badge

• Verify that no errors appear in the JS console

  • I verified proper file naming conventions were followed for any new files or renamed files. All non-platform specific files are named after what they export and are not named "index.js". All platform-specific files are named for the platform the code supports as outlined in the README.
  • I verified the JSDocs style guidelines (in STYLE.md) were followed
• If a new code pattern is added I verified it was agreed to be used by multiple Expensify engineers
• I followed the guidelines as stated in the Review Guidelines
• I tested other components that can be impacted by my changes (i.e. if the PR modifies a shared library or component like Avatar, I verified the components using Avatar are working as expected)
• I verified all code is DRY (the PR doesn't include any logic written more than once, with the exception of tests)
• I verified any variables that can be defined as constants (ie. in CONST.js or at the top of the file that uses the constant) are defined as such
