ooc_svo_builder v1.6 alpha

• Switched to GLM for vector math
• Fixed huge flaw in partitioning scheme: proper partitioned voxelization and SVO building should work again for all models
• Updated libmorton to latest release
• Fixed a lot of compile warnings on latest MSVC compiler
