Pre-release: 0.1.0

During the initial development of gig-map, the entire codebase was implemented as a standalone workflow. While this design was fundamentally straightforward, it did not ultimately provide enough flexible to allow for the addition of new features as was needed.

This release is provided to allow users of that initial version to maintain legacy scripts referencing it. To run scripts referencing this legacy code, simply use the flag -r 0.1.0.
