Happy Easter 2021 to all BRAKER users!

We are glad that you are still with us despite all the problems that the global pandemic situation is imposing on all of us.

What's new in BRAKER v2.1.6 (compared to 2.1.5):

  • many small bugs were fixed

  • scripts for evaluating gene predictions from GaTech were included

  • UTR prediction with GUSHR was added (even though still a bit buggy in this release...)

  • usage of fixed random seeds to improve reproducability of results

  • improved documentation

  • improved tests

As always, there is a lot of room to improve BRAKER in future versions. But we have postponed this release for too many months. This - for this year's easter - the best we can do.
