Vision:

Automatisierung der Abläufe erhöhen

Ziele:

Monatsende-Excel wird durch Webinterface abgelöst
- Develop the web application to such an extent that we are ready for intensive testing by the client and a subsequent release
MA, OM, PO Abläufe bei Zeitabrechnung sind optimiert
- Analyze and optimize the steps in the process and the communication within

Risiken:

Parallelbetrieb XLS/MEGA nicht möglich - Continuous Delivery nicht sinnvoll
- A temporary solution to synch the Web Application and the spreadsheet would cost too many resources; so we decided to skip such a step and opt for a big bang introduction of the new Application
