Comparison goals / status quo - what will be done by dec 4th?
- Replace the spreadsheet with a web application --> Develop the web application to such an extent that we are ready for intensive testing by the client and a subsequent release
- Analyze and optimize the steps in the process and the communication within
- create and apply a security concept (reusable for other projects) --> This will stand or fall with Robins status
- migrate MEGA to a new OpenShift provider --> This process cannot be influenced by us - we should drop this goal
- erase technical debt left from Phase 1 --> We have already reached this goal
- de-monopolize the CI/CD knowledge in the team --> mini workshop by Thomas in Nov/Dec
-> are we in danger of not reaching any of these goals?
