What happened?

When opening the app from background to foreground, after being bg for some time.

Not able to reproduce, but being reported in Sentry

Not sure, I am not able to reproduce this either. We have plans to refactor the WebSocket implementation next quarter which might improve this.

Hey @ihijazi, do you also use a tokenProvider in your app? I mean is your token expirable and needs to be refreshed?

@ihijazi and @ilya-kuznetsov-tabby I created a PR that should fix it, but as we cannot reproduce it, it's also hard to test if this actually solves the issue: #2260

@renefloor awesome, thanks mate!! I believe that should fix it. It's hard to reproduce from my end as well. This happens randomly (i.e not always) when the app state changes from paused => resumed.

@xsahil03x it'd be great if this can be merged into the official package as I'd hate maintaining separate copy from the official package.
