Added a disabled option for double-tap. * Moved settings up double-tap gesture inside a function and the function checks if the double-tap is disabled. If it is, it returns before settings up the gesture.

Why a separate PR? Can you instead just make a new branch off of #2022 so we can merge that first, then this? |
