In current implementation oxTrust store IDP/SP/certs in local file system. This introduce big issue with cluster deployment because it must sync specific folders contents of each nodes. Also it's not possible to store very big SP metadata files in DB.

oxTrust store for IDP/SP/cert should be configurable. It should be possible to select Local/JCA/WebDav store to store these files.
