This adds a user flow for changing ETH2 withdrawal credentials from native BLS (type
0x00) to ETH1 (type0x01). It wraps the functionality in GridPlus/lattice-eth2-utils#4.The user flow should be similar to that of generating deposit data.
Docs also added.
