2 Tests Save Local

2.1 New Story Saved

1. Save a new story from online
2. Story should now appear in the "Local" tab
3. Story should be marked in the "Browse" tab to let the user know it is saved locally

2.2 Update Available

1. Have a story saved locally
2. Have a newer version online
3. In the "Online" tab click on the story and choose the "update" option.
4. Local version should now be updated
