Remove the top-level heading ("Instapaper") and use the .setHeading()
API for section headings ("Notes Sync").
Obsidian will automatically namespace commands with the plugin ID.
This is a Node.js API that isn't available in the Obsidian Mobile environment. Instead, build the path manually with a `/`, which is consistent with what Obsidian does internally.
