What does this Pull Request do?
Informs the user removing/deleting a newspaper will also delete and child issues and pages associated with it, while noting that it doesn't work this way if you are deleting a newspaper via its parent collection. Also includes digram by @DonRichards
How should this be tested?
Verify the statement is now an accurate description of what happens when you delete.
