Add tests for recent changes

There have been many changes since the last release, mostly without tests.

This pull request adds tests for:

• Catch illegal characters in ZIP exceptions #2515
• Handle two-part KSP-AVC versions #2532
• Catch invalid $kref in Netkan #2516
• Handle KSP-AVC krefs #2517
• Configurable cache size limit #2536
• Allow game version of "any" with a vref #2553
• Treat AVC min without max as open range #2571

Not tested

Tests have not been created for:

• The GUI changes
• The one-cache change
• Netkan cache purging changes
• Fresh WebClient for fallback URLs
• Schema "Missions/" fix
• registry.json formatting changes

Let me know if any of those are important and I'll take another look.
