Added metadata files and updated troubleshooting instructions. That will make 2.0 appear, but will make it the latest version also. Not sure if we have a way to mark a version beta/not latest until it's actually released. |

This PR adds the upcoming (currently in alpha, soon to be beta) Kong Kubernetes Ingress Controller (KIC)

I specifically seeded all the previous documentation from
v1.3.xas the foundation forv2.0.xin 4149c09, was this the right way to do things?Question: how do I flag this release as beta/preview in these docs?
