relation "mimiciii.ccs_dx" does not exist #65

I have run into same error. Any update on this issue? |
It's because MIT-LCP has chnaged their view creation code. So, I made a pull request (#66) which simply changes search path of queries. |
Have you built the concepts when you retrieved the mimic dataset? https://github.com/MIT-LCP/mimic-code/blob/main/mimic-iii/concepts/make-concepts.sh
