Description

Same as #18952, but now for SPI TFT, finishing the port of color ui to STM32F1.

Added support for MKS Robin Nano V2.

Fixed a typo in the touch code after the merge of #18952

Next PR, I will make LVGL and emulated dogm code to use the same TFT IO class. It will allow LVGL/dogm be ported automatically to STM32, because the will be using the same interface.

Benefits

Marlin Color UI for more users.

I think you forgot something there. The #ifndef in Marlin/src/lcd/tft/ili9488.h:42:0
