When I print 27 (this is the number I've used as I that's how I originally had materials for) Plastic Panelings from Frontier fabricator and then put it back in into the fabricator for recycling, material that returns is almost double of the original amount I took

I've made this issue so I'll provide more stuff to it.

Upon using my RCF in my small frontier base, I've reprinted Plastic Panelings to make more walls.

So, I am about to print a full stack of it, which should be 50.

This is the amount of stacks I got after printing 50, using 50k of glass and 50k of plastic.
obraz

In short - it's printing 10 stacks of 50 at the cost of one stack.
After putting it back in this is the end result in the Ore Silo and RCF.

I haven't found other things that could have the same behaviour yet.
