During shift, died from burn damage seemingly without cause and while not in frenzy mode

After dying and being revived via cloning, was able to sleep in coffin before sol cycle. However, once the sol cycle ended, immediately died to heart attack/respiratory damage. During this, any attempt to use abilities also gave prompt that I was in frenzy although the frenzy prompt and HUD never appeared.

I would be notified that I was 'revived' after torpor, but in reality was still dead. Told by admin there was no legitimate cause of death in logs.
