Currently from the Heritrix WAIL window, a user can View Config, Start, Restart, Terminate Crawl, and Delete a crawl job. They can also "Launch Web UI" but there is no way for the user to view a specific crawl job's status in the Heritrix UI, just access the root of the web UI. Adding an option to do so in the former menu would be useful to get further info specifically about the crawl in focus.

Notification are now monitored to see if we have duplicates

On crawl end a notification is displayed and only when a user closes it does it go away
