Description

This PR is associated with the ccpp-physics PR#2 to add the coupling capability between merra2 aerosol climatology or GOCART forecasted aerosols with the Thompson microphysics scheme

Barry, This PR is for aerosol CCN/IN activation in Thompson microphysics using Eidhammer-Thompson approach, nothing to do with radiation. Dust, Sea salt, sulfate and water/ice friendly Organic Carbon are use to activate IN/CCN. The other aerosols, including nitrate and black carbon etc., are not included due to their small impacts. I talked with Greg about the CCN/IN activation yesterday. There is no plan on more sophisticate approach.
