Add icon and change release bundle

this releas now includes all necessary dll files to run the qt application.

Old dll files might not work!

Responsive UI and removing of single devices

espota.py is necessary to upload over the local network. (Python installation is required)

esptool.exe is necessary to upload over Serial.

Place both files together with all DLL files from separate release in the same folder as ESP-Ota-UI.exe

Necessary DLL's to run application

This release includes all DLL files to run the qt application.
These extracted files must be in the same directory of the .exe you are trying to launch, otherwise windows will show you warnings that dll files could not be found.
