temurin-bin: init at 22 and 23 #307783

Description of changes

I followed the pattern of #259820 and added these outputs:

  • temurin-bin.jdk22
  • temurin-bin.jdk23
  • temurin-bin.jre22
  • temurin-bin.jre23

To do this, I ran the pkgs/development/compilers/temurin-bin/generate-sources.py script, updating it to pull these versions as well. When reading the script, I noted an error in the declaration of the impls variable and fixed that as well.

This causes an update for the rest of the prebuilt binaries as well, for the earlier JDKs.

Finally, I updated the names temurin-bin and temurin-jre-bin to the most recent version.

This PR targets staging due to the rebuild count, but I did run a nixpkgs-review rev HEAD overnight and only saw build failures due to non-free software that needed to be manually fetched.

Things done

  • Built on platform(s)
    • x86_64-linux
    • aarch64-linux
    • x86_64-darwin
    • aarch64-darwin
  • For non-Linux: Is sandboxing enabled in nix.conf? (See Nix manual)
    • sandbox = relaxed
    • sandbox = true
  • Tested, as applicable:
  • Tested compilation of all packages that depend on this change using nix-shell -p nixpkgs-review --run "nixpkgs-review rev HEAD". Note: all changes have to be committed, also see nixpkgs-review usage
  • Tested basic functionality of all binary files (usually in ./result/bin/)
  • 24.05 Release Notes (or backporting 23.05 and 23.11 Release notes)
    • (Package updates) Added a release notes entry if the change is major or breaking
    • (Module updates) Added a release notes entry if the change is significant
    • (Module addition) Added a release notes entry if adding a new NixOS module
  • Fits CONTRIBUTING.md.

In Python, a parenthesized expression is a tuple iff there is a comma
between the parentheses. In order to have a 1-tuple, we need one more
comma.
