[Recruitment] - Create Reusable DivisionsInfo Component

Desired Changes

We want a section on the PNM Homepage that provides information about each subteam (rebranding to division), ie. mechanical, electrical, software, etc. Each division should have their own tab that the user can click on to display an image with text beside it.

When the user first arrives at the Homepage, no specific division should be selected and there should be text directing them to click on one of the division tabs.

Acceptance Criteria

• There should be four tabs that show up (Make sure the tabs are the same type of tabs used for the Our Recruitment section
• Default PNM Homepage starts on mechanical
• Use the getAllDivisions to get the descriptions and images of each division and display them as shown in the mocks
