Show more information about the certificate in the gallery UI

Columns to add:

• Subject name
• Issuer
• Expiration date

For subject name and issue, try to just show common name. If that is not present show an abbreviated full name. The title attribute should have the full value in either case.

Order of columns is fingerprint, then subject, expiration, then issuer.

There should be a red expired icon if the expiration date is in the past.

I also want to give the fingerprints a monospace font so that they line up nicely.
