Enable package searching by assembly names and partial assembly names

I'm trying to find the way to update my package which has a dll called microsoft.data.odata.contrib.
I enter 'odata.contrib' in the search box in VS package management.
Currently I see 'an error occurred while processing this request'.

I'd expect this can find a relevant package based on the partial assembly name

👍 - Though this is a bigger work item around indexing package content and allowing searching for packages based on various aspects of their content (assembly names, type names?, etc.)
