SMS Azure Module is missing in 2.0.x releases

Describe the bug

The SMS Azure Module is missing in 2.0.1 and 2.0.2 which were merged on Sept 26

SMS Azure was introduced in #15539 and merged on Sept 16, this patch release adds the missing support. FYI I verified that the feature is missing with two clients

Orchard Core version

2.0.1 & 2.0.2

To Reproduce

1. Go to the admin site
2. Click on 'Configuration'
3. Select 'Features'
4. Search for SMS

Expected behavior

You should see the SMS Azure Module listed

It's available in 2.0.1. There seems to be no 2.0.2 release of that package on nuget.

This SHOULD be a part of OC 2.0.2 fresh installation, right?

@hishamco after looking more at this, OrchardCore.Sms.Azure was release in 2.0.1 by mistake and was removed from 2.0.2 intentionally. OrchardCore.Sms.Azure is part of the 2.1 release. Any one that can't wait, should use 2.1 previews meanwhile.
