That works. Looks like the problematic line is the mana leech line, so you can remove it as a workaround until we get this fixed.

I can reproduce the error.

1. Create an empty build
2. Craft a quarterstaff
3. Add Leeches 2% of Physical Damage as Mana in any rune slot
4. Mouseover it
5. Crash
