What is the value from the calculation in-game?

when i put on a jewel 14% spell dmg 14% engeryshield 14% critical hit in pob is shows that it also has 57 str adn 66 dex.

its put dex,strenght and int on rings,jewles etc. so when i have a 35 dex 35 str. its says it have 200 dex. so when i try to compare items it always says in lose in dmg etc. even but then i put i on i get more.
