I really like the terrain, but I have a problem with this and many other biomes: utter lack of foliage 😢
I would really love to see grass of different height, berry bushes (not-a-block berry bushes 😄 ), ferns, dedicated flowers to make it all more alive and less blocky 😄
What do you think? Is this intenitonal?

I'd like to do these too. I'll be adding this stuff over time.
I had a whole biome revamp ready that changed every single biome, but it proved to be too big, so I'm just doing small additions now.
I'll do a foliage update at some point.

I suppose I can give these biomes a little extra foliage while I'm here. Don't expect any new blocks though
