Current state:

• Deterministic M1/M2/M3/M4 gates are green on latest branch/main validation.
• Remaining closure criteria for this issue require real live SWFOC sessions (AOTR/ROE) and reproducible live bundles.

• blocked_environment (live game session evidence not captured in this shell)

Required closure commands (Windows live machine):
